Will McKee
TMC Christian Fellowship Director
Will was born in Plymouth, England, but for the most part grew up in Coppell, TX, which is just outside of Dallas. He went to Baylor University and met his wife Caroline through Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) there. After graduating, he got married, moved to Houston, and started attending Christ the King. After a few years of being a volunteer in children and student ministry, Will began to feel a sense of ministry calling again and in 2019 accepted a role as Assistant Director of Children’s Ministry at Christ the King. He also started a Master’s of Divinity at Covenant Theological Seminary and is scheduled to graduate in May 2026. He is so thankful to have had his formative ministry years at such a wonderful church.
Advent presents a unique opportunity for Will to share his gifts and experience with the medical community. In the fall of 2022, Will and Caroline had a daughter named Posy, who born at 24 weeks, lived for almost 7 weeks in the NICU and died. While they still grieve the loss of their daughter, it also afforded them an opportunity to feel God’s love through His people, the church, and through the medical community. So, in some small way, Will prayerfully hopes that his ministry at Advent will afford him an opportunity to share the power of God’s love with a group of people who cared for them so well during such a hard time in their lives. No matter what life brings, may we rest in the promise that “the steadfast love of the LORD never ceases” (Lamentations 3:22-23).
